Légtér.hu Ltd. undertakes the complete management of its customers’ Temporary designated airspace requests, even in the case of a safety analysis.

Please note that the prices shown are indicative and the final price of the service will be included in the quotation after contacting us. In the event of non-compliance with the deadlines indicated for each service, the cost of the service will be charged at 50% of the price of the service.

When ordering our service, please provide the details of the Temporary designated airspace you wish to request at least 36 days before the planned usage, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the request and the related documents will be submitted in accordance with the law and we will charge an additonal 50% administration fee.

The prices apply to the administration of a Temporary designated airspace request for a maximum period of 7 days.

Prices do not include administrative service charges and other fees for administrative procedures and air traffic service charges. Additional charges to be paid in addition to the administrative fee are listed under General Information.

Please note that the existence of a Temporary designated airspace does not exempt you from obtaining an Operating licence as required by the EU Regulation!

HOW TO ORDER

Plan your temporary designated airspace with the help of the Airspace Finder map available at https://legterterkep.hu.

You can submit your request through the Airspace Finder or by using the form on our website.

We will assess the airspace you require and provide you with a quotation for a full service.

Upon written acceptance of the quotation, your order will be considered accepted. If necessary, we will contact you for further consultation.

We will start the administrative process, and as soon as we receive the decision, we will send it to you via e-mail and inform you about the rules for using Temporary designated airspace and the most important things to do.

ORDERING A TEMPORARY DESIGNATED AIRSPACE REQUEST CAN ONLY BE MADE BY E-MAIL. 

 

Please note that if the written confirmation is not received from the customer, we will not be able to proceed with the Temporary designated airspace request.

TEMPORARY DESIGNATED AIRSPACE REQUEST - IF A SAFETY ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED

If you order the service, we undertake to:
  • the preparation of a request for the designation of Temporary designated airspace

  • obtaining the opinion of the competent air traffic service provider on the safe operation of the air traffic service in the case of Temporary designated airspace designation and/or

  • obtain the agreement of the airport operator

  • the preparation of a safety assessment

  • submitting the application and the necessary annexes to the Military Aviation Authority (MAA)

The service shall include obtaining the consent of up to two airports’ operators and one air traffic service provider. If the Temporary designated airspace involves more than two airports, please request an individual quotati

When ordering our service, please provide the details of the Temporary designated airspace you wish to request at least 36 days before the planned usage, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the request and the related documents will be submitted in accordance with the law and we will charge an additonal 50% administration fee.

If the Temporary designated airspace is located in LHR1, LHR1A or environmentally restricted airspace, the order will also require the ordering of the administration of the use of the restricted airspace, which will cost HUF 16.000 + VAT.

SERVICE FEE: HUF 42.000 + VAT*

The above price applies to requests for Temporary designated airspace for a maximum of 7 consecutive days. The administration fee for Temporary designated airspace requested for a period exceeding 7 consecutive days is HUF 35.000 + VAT for each 7 days started.

Please note that the administration fee does not include official and other fees.

*The provided prices are valid for e-invoices issued through our invoice software. The fee for issuing and mailing a paper invoice is HUF 400 + VAT. Any other registration, invoice uploading, mailing and additional administration in the customer’s company system used by the Client will be charged at an additional hourly rate of HUF 30.000 + VAT. The amount is per half an hour started.

TEMPORARY DESIGNATED AIRSPACE REQUEST

When ordering this service, we undertake the following:
  • the preparation of a request for the allocation of Temporary designated airspace

  • Submission of the application and the necessary annexes to the Military Aviation Authority (MAA)

When ordering our service, please provide us with the details of the Temporary designated airspace you wish to request at least 36 days before the planned use, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the request and the related documents will be submitted in accordance with the law.

If the Temporary designated airspace is located in LHR1, LHR1A or environmentally restricted airspace, the order will also require the ordering of the administration of the use of the restricted airspace, which costs HUF 20.000 + VAT.

SERVICE FEE: HUF 20.000 FT + VAT*

The above price applies to requests for Temporary designated airspace for a maximum of 7 consecutive days, and for requests for Temporary designated airspace for a period exceeding this, the cost of the Temporary designated airspace administration for each 7 days commenced is HUF 17.000 + VAT.

Please note that the administration fee does not include official and other fees.

*The prices are valid for the acceptance of e-invoices issued through our invoice software. The fee for issuing and mailing a paper invoice is HUF 400 + VAT . All other registration, uploading, mailing and additional administration to the customer’s company system used by the Client will be charged at an additional hourly rate of HUF 30.000 + VAT. The amount is per half hour started.

EDITING TEMPORARY DESIGNATED AIRSPACE

When ordering or requesting a quotation for a Temporary designated airspace, you must specify the lateral boundaries of the planned airspace in WGS84, degrees, degrees minutes, degrees seconds, and the altitude in feet to sea level or in metres to 120m to ground level.

We can help you with the editing using our free http://legterterkep.hu interface, but we can do the editing for you on request.

In this case, you just need to enter the address or another name for the place, for example „North end of Margaret Island within a radius of 300m to a height of 50m”.

SERVICE FEE PER AIRSPACE: HUF 6.000 + VAT*

The above price applies only to the editing of the Temporary designated airspace, not to its full administration.

*Prices are valid for the acceptance of an e-invoice issued through our invoice software. The fee for issuing and mailing a paper invoice is HUF 400 + VAT. All other registration, invoice uploading, mailing and additional administration in the individual’s company system used by the Customer will be charged at an additional hourly rate of HUF 30.000 + VAT. The amount is per half hour started.

CONDUCTING A SAFETY ASSESSMENT

When ordering this service, we undertake the following:
  • the preparation of a safety assessment subject to the availability of an air traffic service provider opinion and the agreement of the airport operator concerned

  • sending the safety survey to the Customer.

The safety assessment will be prepared for a maximum period of 3 months or for the period for which the air traffic service providers and airports concerned have given their consent.

Thus, if the air traffic service provider or airport operator responsible for the airspace has given its consent for only 30 days, the safety assessment shall be valid for a maximum of 30 days.

FEE FOR THE SERVICE: HUF 24.000 + VAT*

*Prices are valid for the acceptance of an e-invoice issued through our invoice software, the fee for issuing and mailing a paper invoice is HUF 400 + VAT. All other registration, invoice uploading, mailing and additional administration in the individual’s company system used by the Customer will be charged at an additional hourly rate of HUF 30.000 + VAT. The amount is per half hour started.

REQUESTING THE USE OF RESTRICTED AIRSPACE

If you order this service, we undertake to:
  • completing an application for LHR1/LHR1A or environmentally restricted airspace;

  • payment of the environmental authority procedure fee for the use of environmentally restricted airspace;

  • submit the application and the necessary annexes to the competent authority.

The administrative procedural fee for the application for the use of environmentally restricted airspace

HUF 18.000 per county concerned.

Administrative deadlines:

  • LHR1/LHR1A: 21 calendar days

  • Environmentally restricted airspace: 100 calendar days

SERVICE FEE: HUF 20.000 + VAT*.

**Prices are valid for e-invoices issued through our invoice software. Paper invoices are issued and mailed for HUF 400 + VAT. Any other registration, invoice uploading, mailing and additional administration to the customer’s company system used by the Client will be charged at an additional hourly rate of HUF 30.000 + VAT. The amount is per half hour started.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON ADMINISTRATION

Period of the Temporary designated airspace request

The above prices apply to the full handling of a request for Temporary designated airspace, which may take up to 7 days according to the rules in force. During the handling of a request for Temporary designated airspace, we will carry out asafety assessment and obtain any additional approvals required for the designation of Temporary designated airspace.

Other fees

If the application for Temporary designated airspace is fully processed, we will pay the fees and charges of the authorities, which will be invoiced as an intermediary service. The prices shown do not include fees, administrative charges and air traffic service provider charges, which are payable in addition to our administration charges.

Fees and any additional costs associated with the application for Temporary designated airspace will vary depending on the location where the airspace is used:
  • Environmental authority procedure fee – 18.000 HUF per county concerned

  • Air traffic service provider fee for the Pécs-Pogány TIZ – 7.000 HUF + VAT

  • Air traffic service provider fee for Pér TIZ – 2.500 HUF + VAT

  • Air traffic service charge for the TIZ Békéscsaba affected –  5.000 HUF + VAT

  • Air traffic service charge for the TIZ Sármellék – 6.000 HUF + VAT.

The order is accepted via e-mail
To start the administration we need the datas below:
  • name, address, telephone number of applicant

  • name, address and telephone number of the person responsible for the airspace application

  • WGS84 coordinate system given in degrees, degrees minutes, degrees seconds

  • start and end time of the contingency airspace, daily operating time in UTC

  • lower and upper boundary of the case airspace (in Open category this can be up to GND -120m)

  • reason for requesting the incident airspace (UAS operation, Air Show, other purpose)

  • In the event of an UAS operation, the type of UAS operation (open, special, certified)

  • UAS operator registration number

  • Hungarian registration number of the UAS (UAS flights in the airspace of Hungary are only possible with UAS registered by the authorities!)

  • UAS type (Manufacturer and type)

  • UAS class identification, if available

  • UAS MTOM (Maximum Take Off Mass)ű

  • Remote pilot certificate of competency number (if applicable)

In the absence of any of the above, we are unable to confirm the order.

Power of Attorney

In order to proceed, the customer must have a valid mandate (a power of attorney), which allows Légtér.hu Kft to act on behalf of the customer at the relevant authorities. The mandate will only be accepted if the mandate is signed by an authorised person in behalf of the company.

The document which is required for the mandate will be sent by our colleagues afterwards.

Limitation of liability

Once the order has been placed, the service will be provided in accordance with the law and professional standards, but the order does not imply any commitment to timely or certain positive assessment of the permits required for the activities in question by the competent authorities.

We undertake to respond to any requests for information from the authorities, but our service does not include further consultation with the authorities, such as requests to shorten deadlines or requests for information on the current status of the application.

The full service for Temporary designated airspace requests includes only the services described above and does not include the lifting of flight restrictions and bans imposed by individual unmanned aircraft manufacturers or the obtaining of additional aviation or other permits necessary to lawfully conduct the activity.

We will not be able to refund our administration fee after the service has been provided if the request for an Temporary designated airspace designation has been denied for reasons not attributable to Légtér.hu Kft.

Completion and payment

The date of performance is the date of submission of the application for Temporary designated airspace designation and the related documents (airport operator’s consent,safety assessment, etc.) to the HM ÁLF.

An electronic invoice will be issued within 8 days of completion, with a payment deadline of 8 days, and will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address. The invoice will include the details required for the payment. Fees for the above services may vary in case of different billing or payment terms.
